Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager-ITIL/Service delivery-Contract-London

An excellent opportunity has arisen with My client is looking for a strong Business Analyst/Project Manager for a contract position for a top tier bank in Canary Wharf. you will need to possess experience with good documentation skills and being able to manage multiple work streams. you will need to have previous ITIL experience or Service Delivery Experience and CRM experience would be a bonus.

The successful candidate will have an initial 6-9 month contract but there will be internal opportunities available once this Project is completed.

to be considered for this role, you will need to have the following skills/experience
* Strong Senior Business Analyst/Project Management background
* Previous Banking experience
* Experience in Transition/Transformation Projects
* Strong Documentation skills
* Good experience in managing multiple work streams
* ITIL or Service Delivery Management experience
* CRM or CRM Dynamics experience is a bonus but not essential
