Our client, a leading global banking company, is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support various change/transformation programmes. Experience within Financial Services and a proven track record for delivering business analysis solutions into banks essential. This role is located in the business directly and not within a central change/programme team. Exceptional stakeholder/senior exec relationship management required.

Role Purpose:
Quickly establish senior stakeholder relationships, undertake analysis, provide solution delivery and project deliver various business change initiatives.

Activity:
             Accountable to key stakeholders for delivery of milestones to an agreed quality, time and cost
             Research, analyse and evaluate options and provide recommendations then implement as directed.
             Use of project management methodology to ensure that the on-going progress of projects is formally tracked and that a clear audit trail exists in line with agreed Programme governance
             Identify, evaluate and track progress of project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating them appropriately with suggested mitigating actions and implement as directed
             Develop and maintain knowledge of project methodologies and professional network of contacts, sharing knowledge and best practice where appropriate to support continuous improvement.
             Collaborate with business units across the bank, divisions and other interested parties to ensure successful delivery of customer focused, business solutions               

Deliverables:
             Delivery of quality solutions meeting business needs, within time and budget, and effectively using available resources.
             Performs all tasks in an accurate, reliable and timely manner.  Measures own performance and with line management support formulates development plans.
             Success of meetings held outside of unit, committees attended and committees/forums created.
             Gathers relevant Information to make informed decisions.
