Je functie: Context
The department Business Engineering Cards, part of Engineering Cards, part of Engineering Daily Banking, is responsible for the platforms in Belgium on Business
side, concerning Issuing of Debit and Credit Cards.
We deliver together with the Retail Bank Business the Business Needs during definition phases, in close collaboration with the supplier ADM (IS), with WL
(Worldline) and other third parties (Embossers, MasterCard International/ Visa International), as well for small enhancements as for projects.
We are also responsible for the Business and User Acceptance Testing of the changes before going to the Production environment.
We are responsible for the follow-up of the pilots and the aftercare.
Function Description
Responsibilities: Producing business specifications for the project, delivering test plans, organizing the delivery of the card-related part of the
project, maintaining the day-to-day relationship with the third parties WL.
Typical deliverables: Business needs documents, estimations, business specifications for all card-related applications in the bank, maintaining the
existing documentation, minutes of meetings, reporting to management.
At this moment we are in the pilot phase of the project and we are looking for some-one who can help us in this pilot phase and roll-out.
