Senior Business Analyst Order to cash (Brussels)

Je functie: For our custoler we are looking for a full-time senior business analyst to deliver high quality business, customer requirement and processes in the area of Order-to-Cash/Order-to-Activation.
He or she will be part of the Enterprise Applications Solution/Ordering Tools and Processes - Business Analysis team is.
We're looking for an energetic, smart and stress-resistant professional with at least 5-7 years of experience in the business analysis domain with good knowledge the SAP workflow and or IT background. The candidate must have excellent analytical skills, an affinity with Business Process Management and be able to deliver quality results under pressure
You will join a team of highly skilled business analysts and have the opportunity to further develop your business analysis, technical expertise and business understanding

Your responsibilities will be to
Work with the Order-to-Cash/Order-to-Activation stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure that business processes are documented, approved and maintained.
Implement and follow the EAS strategy in term of Business Process Management within the approved BPM governance.
Work with the Order-to-Cash/Order-to-Activation stakeholders to gather and challenge the customer and business requirements, maintain business case and shape the requirements in a format and with a quality to be used by the delivery teams for implementation.
Act as an active Business Relations manager for the main Order-to-Cash/Order-to-Activation stakeholders establishing a two-ways trust relationship and being a business enabler for them.
Ensure that cost consciousness is well followed on behalf of Order-to-Cash/Order-to-Activation stakeholders.
Evaluate business and back-office requests, coordinate the IT development costing and propose alternatives.
Maintain and enhance the various e-forms/workflows and their related processes to get the best of the allocated Order-to-Cash/Order-to-Activation budget.
Implement and follow the EAS strategy in term of Business Relationship Management, development and configuration approved methodology.
Je profiel: Education
University degree or equivalent work experience
Experience
At least 5-7 years experience in business analysis, project development and business process management.
