SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (MIFID, REGULATORY, TRADING, OTC) - SWITZERLAND
We are looking for a LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST to join the MiFID II program of our client - a major bank in Zurich.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Defining high level requirements, ensuring high quality of the requirements documentation
- Coaching and guiding the other Business Analysts across the whole solution delivery life cycle
- Acting as a key point of contact between the Business and IT PMs
- Managing project scope on an ongoing basis
- Managing change requests
IDEAL PROFILE:
- 5-7 years of experience in a Business Analyst function in IT projects in the banking sector
- Excellent modelling skills (UML, user stories, use cases, features, etc.)
- Previous experience across various areas: Regulatory Reporting, Client Reporting, Trading, Sales, etc.
- Excellent listed & OTC products knowledge
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent English
