Senior Business Analyst M&IB Finance and IT

I am currently working with a manager at a top investment bank who is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join his Finance group. This group focuses on the FINREP program

This is 6 + month contract rate will be based on expereince.

Below is job role and responsibilities:

* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using applicable templates / tools
* Breakdown high-level information and abstract ideas into specific requirements that can be communicated to the Technical Analyst for functional requirements and solution design
* Synthesize information from multiple sources (customers, SMEs, existing documentation)
* Ensure that customer needs are identified and translated into functional and non-functional specifications
* Evaluate potential solutions to ensure that the chosen solution is fit-for-purpose
* Capture and document current state and future state business processes

Must have:

* BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting; 8 years experience in the Financial Services industry
