IHRE AUFGABEN:

-You will play a key role in communicating between internal departments and external parties, acting as a 'translator' where necessary to incorporate how information technology can support the organisation's needs
-Planning and monitoring
-Eliciting requirements
-Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
-Translating and simplifying requirements
-Requirements analysis, management and communication
-Create direct channels of communication to software and application developers that get the job done without managerial interjection
-Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to developers and then follow-up on all results
-Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress
-Use requirements to drive the design or review of process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound experience in global projects, as well as working in a global matrix organisation
-In-depth experience in translating conceptual models into technical solutions
-Substantiated experience in acting as a liaison between stakeholder, architecture, quality and project teams
-Well-established experience in information modelling
-Profound experience in elaborating requirements in alignment with stakeholder
-Sound experience in complex, regulated environments
-Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
-Understanding of system engineering concepts
-Proven experience in eliciting requirements
-Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
