-Developing business-specific organizational solutions
-Working together with the team that is managing this project, in order to help define a medium-long term IT road-map
-Dealing with organizational problems
-Performing analytical and conceptual activities to an accounted solution portfolio against internal business customers
-Providing consultancy and support in defining and documenting the outcome of strategic analysis
-Focusing in particular on process organization and single tasks

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound work experience in business analysis in the pharmaceutical industry, at both strategic and tactical level
-Strong analytical, synthesis and presentation skills
-Business process modelling skills
-Able to document business cases and gather as well as document business and IT requirements
-Experience in defining IT roadmaps
-Experience in interacting with senior management
-Proven track of records (mandatory)
-Goal- and Team-oriented
-Able to deal with a steep learning curve about the scope of the assessment and to become productive in a very short time
-English language: full professional proficiency (both spoken and written)
