Senior Business Analyst Job

SR BUSINESS ANALYST needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's online entertainment client located in Seattle, WA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Perform analysis and provide interpretation, guidance and strong recommendations to aid decision making and inform business planning.
- Identify gaps in guests online experiences
- Five years as a Business Analyst in high tech or online industry
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced complex business environment
- Must be strategic, dynamic, detailed-oriented, and impactful

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Business Analysis; writing Functional Specifications
- Gap Analysis
- Ability to build rapport and develop effective working relationships with remote team members.
- Working on mobile application projects in E-commerce or digital marketing environment.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Five plus years in Business Analysis in SDLC environments
- Three years in Agile environments
- You are an analytical thinker and possesses the confidence and knowledge to play a significant role driving this online business in a highly matrixed organization.
- You must be a self-starter with a desire to learn new tools and techniques.
- Online or Native Mobile application projects, eCommerce or digital marketing experience
- Experienced in the Business Analyst role across all stages of the project life cycle
- Demonstrated strong leadership and partnering skills
- Demonstrated proactive problem-solving and decision making skills
- Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking ability
- Proven team player with the ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams
- Ability to develop clear and concise thoughts into recommendations and findings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Understanding of digital analytics desired
- MBA or IIBA
- Professional Certifications desired (Business Analysis and/or Agile)
- Adobe Digital Marketing Suite
