ESSENTIAL DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE:

- Minimum of 2 years Business Analysis experience focused on Security Systems
- This role requires experience in analysis and functional support of IT Security Systems [Access controls/cameras/CCTV]
- You will have the ability to make technology decisions and have experience in general IT Systems analysis and functional support.

EXPERIENCE & PROFESSIONAL SKILLS :

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Analysis roles, with a proven track record in Business Process Modelling and Requirements Gathering.
- Minimum working SDLC experience in at least 3 end to end (large scale) projects with exposure to implementation activities
- Strong Stakeholder Management covering Business, IT and external Vendors. Ability to transform business information to IT and vice versa
- Team management skills - Experience of managing a team of BAs - coaching, mentoring and developing them
- Vendor Management skills
