Senior Business Analyst (Informatica MDM) - 100% Offsite

Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with good experience with Informatica MDM (Master Data Management).
This is a 100% OFFSITE CONTRACTING ROLE planned to START ASAP FOR A 3 MONTH DURATION with extension opportunities.
Are you an experienced BUSINESS ANALYST with strong experience as SAP MM (MATERIAL MODULE) CUSTOMIZER ideally within a pharmaceutical environment and currently looking for you next exciting project?

PROJECT BACKGROUND:
The project is about implementation of a master data management platform for the logistics department using Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica DQ and Informatica Business Glossary. Initial scope will be for Materials/Products data and later extended to other areas.
TASKS:
- Primary role would be as a MDM Analyst and MDM Domain Expert.
- The position holder should take ownership of the creation of the user requirements and functional specifications documents and actively contact the diverse business experts and users. Additionally the requirements should be checked for feasibility in the Informatica MDM suit. Depending on team setup it might be required that you will also create test cases.
- At least, you will also assist in defining new business process flows, verifying DQ checks and MDM screen definitions.
IDEAL PROFILE:
- 3 YEARS of EXPERIENCE with INFORMATICA MDM
- Knowledge of Material Module of SAP (Business know-how as well as underlying data model)
- 2 YEARS of EXPERIENCE as SAP MM CUSTOMIZER
- 8+ years of experience as business & functional analyst
- 5+ years of experience with Data projects
- At least 2 projects done for large Data Migrations & Integration
- 2 years of experience in HP ALM for requirement and test case maintenance
- Knowledge of Informatica Analyst and Developer/Powercenter tools
- Experience in other Master Data Management tools (SAP)
- Senior level of hands-on experience in the Informatica master data management (Meta Data Manager, Data Quality)
- Experience within a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment will be a big asset
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
