Senior Business Analyst - Immediate Start - Part-time role, 4 Months

A fantastic opportunity has become available for experienced Senior Business Analysts within a Government Department for a part time contract role.

- 3 DAYS PER WEEK
- IMMEDIATE START
- 4 MONTH CONTRACT + EXTENSIONS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist the team in developing a range of user-based scenarios for each segment and Pathway;
- Contribute to the development of system use cases;
- Contribute to the development of user guides;
- Set up and conduct workshops to test and refine user scenarios with small groups of industry users to confirm their relevance, and to test the proposed guidance; and
- Contribute to an understanding of benefits and performance improvements which could be expected from implementation of these scenarios.

SKILLS:

- Expert knowledge of the systems and business processes used in the superannuation industry, from both a fund and employer perspective;
- Knowledge of payroll systems and contribution processing issues is particularly important;
- Expert knowledge of the existing business environment for superannuation contributions and rollovers;
- The ability to set up and conduct user workshops with the funds industry, employer groups and software developers; and
- Possession of a strong network of contacts and the ability to work collaboratively with businesses of different complexion is particularly important.
