SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (IFRS/US GAAP)
Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity working on one of the major program initiatives (IFRS and US GAAP) within the Finance Change team?
On behalf of our client, one of the large financial institutions, we are looking for a SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (IFRS/US GAAP). For THIS 12 MONTH CONTRACT POSITION BASED IN ZÜRICH, our client is looking for an English speaking candidate, who available as of 1st of July, 2017.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To work as a Business Analyst within the project
- Responsible for the gathering of business requirements, documentation of the business requirements including putting forward recommendations for solutions, where required
- Preparation of functional specifications and use cases for the delivery of the business requirements
- Preparation of test plans, test cases, coordinating with users and IT during the testing phase
- Execution of specific test cases
- Preparation of the documentation and steps for deployment, including user training where required
- Performs User training where required
WHO I AM LOOKING FOR:
- 7 - 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial industry
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/IT (MBA (Finance)/CA/ICWA/CPA/ACCA) with experience in IFRS or US GAAP accounting rules
- Good knowledge of banking products (loans, SLB, risk models)
- Strong communication skills and analytical thinking
- Fluent English
