Senior Business Analyst HR International Management, payroll integration specialist, HRIT POLARIS, PHARMA
We are looking for a professional Business Analyst in HRIT with Polaris Experience
You will be in charge of:
- Analysis of the Payroll interface between the POLARIS GLOBAL MOBILITY SYSTEM and the in-house SAP PAYROLL SYSTEMS in Switzerland, Germany, US, and China
- Analysis the Payroll interface between the Polaris Global Mobility system with payroll providers outside the organization for selected affiliates.
- Design, together with the respective local payroll responsible the interfaces required.
- Define the plan for implementation, testing and change management and delivery of the proposed solutions in 2016
Your skills:
- Proven records as BUSINESS ANALYST IN HRIT, having strong experience with HR Global Mobility and International Assignment processes.
- An understanding of the nature of assignment related cost data when used for actual and shadow payroll reporting
- A strong understanding of data validation and the importance of this in reporting to fiscal authorities
- An understanding of payroll reconciliation processes
- SAP Payroll experience
- Experience with Polaris Global Mobility solution (or equivalent system).
- Analytical, logical problem resolution skills
- Knowledge of application systems development methodology with the ability to analyze, design, implement, test and release solutions.
- Experience in working in a global environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
