THIS IS A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED SENIOR HR BUSINESS ANALYST TO JOIN A LARGE PROGRAM IN A 12 MONTH CONTRACT.

You will use your functional expertise in HR to assist with process design and decisions within the ERP program. You will be responsible for contributing to program deliverables related to scope assessment, standardisation, documentation and validation of future state business processes.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE AS A BUSINESS ANALYST IN THE HR AREA, WITHIN A LARGE SCALE INTEGRATED ERP ENVIRONMENT. SAP HR experience would be highly regarded.

You should have experience leading and implementing business process changes across a multi-system landscape and experience in documenting process models (ARIS experience preferred).

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role as you will be working closely with key stakeholders from across the business.
