A Senior Business Analyst with strong Root Cause Analysis experience is required to join a key business change project based in Halifax.
You will provide in depth analysis into customer rectifications. It is a high profile role and specialist skills are required in Root Cause Analysis to enable the programme to define the actual causes to prevent re-occurrence.
The following key skills and experience are required:
- Experienced Business Analyst with Financial Services experience
- Root Cause Analysis skills- essential
- Six Sigma Qualified- ideal
- Project Management skills to ensure that all deliverables are met
- Analytical skills to ensure accurate MI is provided.
- Excellent attention to detail
