Senior Business Analyst- Glasgow- Credit Cards

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST- GLASGOW- CREDIT CARDS

A Senior Business Analyst with experience working on Credit Cards related projects is required to join a project based in Glasgow.

You will be responsible for working with the business through the analytical phases of the project to identify and describe the requirements for change and will support the Telephony team with the following:

- Requirement Traceabilty in BRC
- Managment of Business Requirements Matrix
- Governance & Control
- Maintenance/Support of Target Operating Model
- Various Business Impacts - Impact assessments
- Managment of Change Controls
- Process/Call Demand Analysis
- On-site support with DR Events and Live Migration Weekends

The following key skills and experience are required:

- CREDIT CARDS EXPERIENCE- ESSENTIAL
- MIGRATION EXPERIENCE- ESSENTIAL
