Senior Business Analyst for Polaris Global Mobility (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support implementation of payroll interface between Polaris Global Mobility system and in-house SAP payroll systems worldwide
-Analysis of payroll interfaces between Polaris Global Mobility system with payroll providers outside the organization
-Design and support of interface implementation together with respective local payroll responsible offices
-Evaluation and support servicing/support model required for smooth experience of international assignees while solution will be deployed
-Execute plan for implementation, testing and change management as well as delivery of proposed solutions in 2016
-Create reports and analytics based on input data set

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Proven record as Business Analyst in HRIT, having strong experience with HR Global Mobility and International Assignment processes
-Good understanding of the nature of assignment related cost data (actual and shadow payroll reporting)
-Strong experience in data validation and understanding of the importance in reporting to fiscal authorities
-Know-how of payroll reconciliation processes as well as SAP payroll
-Expertise with Polaris Global Mobility solution (or equivalent system)
-Analytical and logical problem resolution skills
-Knowledge of application systems development methodology with the ability to analyze, design, implement, test and release solutions
-Experience working in a global environment
-Strong written and oral communication skills in English
-Pharmaceutical background is a plus
