Senior Business Analyst for Global Windows 10 Migration - Pharma - Bas

For our client, an international pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST FOR GLOBAL WINDOWS 10 MIGRATION

PROJECT:

Business Analyst to elicit and validate the requirements for the Windows 10+ project.

Work together closely with all project workstreams, the solution owner, regions and business functions to elicit and validate the project and solution requirements.

The following items will be upgraded:
- Windows 7 to Windows 10
- Internet Explorer 10 to Internet Explorer 11
- Microsoft Office 2010 to Microsoft Office 2016

MAIN TASKS:

- Own the task of requirements collection, documentation and validation and guide the project team members to get to a good set of requirements
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Migration Coordination: Work closely together with the project's OCM Expert to identify the stakeholders, validate the migration approach with the sites and business stakeholders, and document requirements for communication and training
- Platform Provisioning: Engineer Requirements for Windows 10 image and Internet Explorer 11 package (incl. upgrade requirements)
- Application Readiness: Requirements for application readiness testing
- Elicit and validate requirements for IT Quality, Legal, Security etc.
- Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews
- Obtain buy-in from all affected stakeholders for the respective requirements
- Facilitate sign-off process
- Ensure the requirements are properly cascaded and understood by the respective workstreams
- Ensure requirements are implemented according to the requirements specifications

REQUIREMENTS:

- University degree in IT
- 5 years of relevant experience in multinational company
- Must be able to work with requirements for engineering (Win10 Image, IE11 Software Package) as well as organizational requirements (requirements for Migration Strategy, Service Introduction etc.)
- Pharmaceutical experience is a must
- Experience in working virtually is a must
- Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in getting to decisions/sign-offs
- Experience in workshop facilitation
- Track record of business analysis activities successfully on projects
- Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
- Excellent English language skills, additional languages a plus
- Experience in desktop migration projects a plus
- Desired: CSV background and experience in working with IT Quality
