Senior Business Analyst for E-Recruiting Tools Within the HR Core Supp

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST required to work on a project for a major pharmaceutical in Switzerland.
SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST FOR E-RECRUITING TOOLS WITHIN THE HR CORE SUPPORT TEAM
MAIN TASKS IN THIS POSITION:
- Developing business-specific organisational solutions.
- Dealing with organisational problems focusing in particular on process organisation and single tasks.
- Defining and supporting the solutions strategies and roadmaps for the area, implementing the tools and integrating Taleo SAAS solutions with the Global Landscape and with the main SAP HCM system.
- Handling vendor relationship and third level support queries for existing third parties solution (Taleo E-Recruitment, Salesforce.com .).
- You will be escalating incidents (when necessary) to the vendors.
- Supporting all local offices, Services Centers and Process Owners as well as ensuring they have the relevant training and user guides for the tools and solutions in scope.
- Analyse the enhancement requests submitted and coordinate implementation with the vendors. Working closely with the vendor for smooth testing and integration of their solutions.
- Managing or participating in global projects related to Recruitment and End to End HR Processes including recruitment and onboarding.
- Following internal Project Management Methodology and manage the project stakeholders.
- Researching and keeping up to date on the current and future HR technologies, not only related to solutions for E-Recruitment.
- Acting as an internal consultant within the organization to provide information on HR systems and new innovative products that could plug into or replace current technologies.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 5 to 7 years' experience in an equivalent position, or in consulting area
- 2-3 years Knowledge of Taleo eRecruitment, eOffer, OnBoarding Taleo certified system administrator, including configuration, operation, process documentation, troubleshooting and security controls.
- Fluent English language skills German is nice to have
