Overview of Business Area:
The Risk Division acts as guardian of the bank's risk appetite and provides effective independent risk oversight.
Risk and Finance Data Analytics and Reporting (RFDAR) as key department of the risk dvision enables effective risk and capital decision making by delivering and reporting high quality risk and financial information.

Department/Team Overview:
Contractor will be working with a director in Zurich who will manage him/her. Head of Measurement & Assessment Office sits in London with the rest of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain compliance statements that define compliance across the company
Implement compliance measurement
Operate the measurement and forecast compliance of CS, its legal entities and divisions
Implement assessment and attestation process
Guide and assess accountable executives on compliance in their area of accountability
Provide reporting on compliance status and items of focus to senior management and regulators
Undertake assurance activities to validate level of compliance

Essential Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years business analysis experience within a financial services company
Understanding underlying business/operating models of CS businesses
Effective stakeholder management, experience in facing senior business stakeholders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner (written and verbal)
Experience in operating in complex environments beneficial
Proficient in MS Office in Power-point, Excel and Word
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken),
Experience with BCBS-239 or other regulatory initiatives beneficial
Good German language skills a big plus
