Senior Business Analyst for an Inter-Governmental Organisation Located

For our client, an intergovernmental organisation located in Luxembourg we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

A position has become available for a Senior Business Analyst with Client in Luxembourg. Offering a competitive daily salary, the Contractor will be working within an IT Development Team which is dedicated to NDSS Software.

The NDSS is an automated and integrated logistics software support tool designed, developed and supported by Our Client. It covers the main logistic functions such as item identification, supply, maintenance and property accounting.

The application software is written in PowerBuilder and Microsoft .NET framework and implemented in a Client Server environment. The NDSS is installed at over 60 individual sites.

MISSION:
Within the IT development team dedicated to NDSS software, the Enterprise Architect Expert will have the following responsibilities:

- Provide technical expertise and mentoring of development staff
- Update and enhance the NDSS documentation
- Automate the Data dictionary
- Provide recommendations to enhance user and technical documentations
- Manage risks associated with information and IT assets through appropriate standards and security policies

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- MS Office
- Enterprise Architect
- Knowledge of IT governance and operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application and systems engineering

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

- Enterprise Architect Certified Analyst

EXPERIENCE:

- Enterprise Architect
- Analysis - UML modelling
- Writing of documentation (UC, TC, BPM)
- Powerbuilder background
- .NET overall knowledge
- A previous experience of minimum 3 months with NDSS software is mandatory.

The Successful Candidate must hold a NS Security Clearance
