Senior Business Analyst - FoFA

My client, a well known organisation across Australia has a need for a Senior Business Analyst to join the organisation in this key position. The purpose of the Senior Business Analyst role will be to provide top quality team leadership and professional business analysis services to the FoFA Phase 2.

You will act as the conduit between the end-users and the technology teams to ensure appropriate delivery of user requirements. You will also be the immediate report to the Project Director, responsible for the distribution, delivery and monitoring of all Business Analysis work.

There will be varied Project Responsibilities within this role including:

- Effective stakeholder relationship management
- Project Management tasks
- Business/Systems Analysis and Consulting
- Business/Systems Design
- Testing and Implementation
- People Management

To be considered for this role you will possess:

- Strong working experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- FoFA experience for a large organisation as a Senior Business Analyst
- An ability to build effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise your workload based on goals and priorities
- Ability to lead and participate strongly in meetings
- Strong facilitation skills
- Excellent team management skills, including experience in facilitating team problem solving, decision making and team planning
- People management skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to create a sense of purpose within the team using effective communication and understanding of the project vision and deliverables
- An ability to create alternative and innovative approaches to dealing with problems
- High level of adaptability and flexibility
- Excellent communication skills
