Senior Business Analyst - Fixed Income, Repos, Triparty

An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Analyst - Fixed Income, Repos, Triparty to join our client, a leading investment bank based in London

Key responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst - Fixed Income, Repos, Triparty will include:

-Working as part of the FI Operations Change team, this role will be responsible for the following with respect to third party and Triparty processes: Requirements gathering, custodian analysis, solution design (technology and process), testing and implementation.
-Complex regulation which is still being interpreted through market working groups
-Regulatory driven deadlines which need to be adhered to for delivery

The ideal Senior Business Analyst - Fixed Income, Repos, Triparty will possess the following attributes/skills:

-Proven track record of change management and business development within a large organisation.
-Process Documentation and Mapping experience within Global Markets.
-Analytical mind with excellent judgement and decision making skills to identify exceptions in process handling.
-Ability to drive out details and question procedures employed to deliver quality services.
-Knowledge of Securities Operations and trade life cycle is a mandatory requirement, coupled with an in depth knowledge of Fixed Income bonds and associated trade types.
-Specific knowledge requirements relating to Classic REPO and Securities lending transactions
-Underlying agreement types
-Trade instruction specifics ie SLO for Gilt stock loans
-Collateral management including TSL Triparty
-Fee processing (Borrow vs Fee )
-Triparty Repo
-Repo event types: Substitution, Re-price and Roll
-Equity stock loan
-In depth working knowledge of SWIFT messaging, specifically formatting and schemas of Securities message types.
-Ability to work to tight deadlines and exacting standards.
