SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (TELEPHONY/CONTACT CENTRE/FINANCIAL SERVICES) - UP TO £500.00 PER DAY - SUNDERLAND - 3 MONTHS

My global financial services client has an urgent requirement for a Senior Business Analyst to work as part of the Telephony Transformation team and assist the Transformation Delivery Project and Programme managers in achieving programme deliverables. Experience in large, multi-site Transformation Change programmes across Customer Services/Inbound methodologies. The ability to communicate complex programme deliveries, risk and issues to stakeholders from Customer Network Telephony to UK functions. Significant regulatory experience in Customer Contact and the legislation around Customer contact.

To be considered for this contract you must have Telephony Transformation experience.
