Senior Business Analyst (Dutch and/or French)

I am currently recruiting for a SENIOR FUNCTIONAL ANALYST E-COMMERCE FOR 6 MONTHS contract renewable (long project) based in ANDERLECHT.

With the aim of offering better online service and increasing the online sales, a project has been launched within the Client to renew the existing website. For this important project, a senior functional analyst is sought, with extensive experience in eCommerce and digital marketing.

You will be responsible for:

- Design: Prepare, plan and organize the analyzes in order to ensure that they are effective.
- Preparation of analyzes and recommendations to propose customized solutions, in line with the (ICT) strategy.
- Translating the analyzes into functional specifications for the development team, and performing configuration work.
- Formatting test cases and testing the solution.

You must have experience:

- University degree or equivalent through experience
- Demonstrated experience in eCommerce and digital marketing
- Knowledge of modern Web architecture and web technologies
- > 5 years of experience as a functional analyst in large and complex project environments
- SCRUM/Agile
- UML
- Use Case Writing
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Very customer oriented thinking
- Take all initiatives to analyze and improve processes
- Take responsibility for the designed and implemented solutions.
- Reporting to Project Leader/Domain Lead.
- Experience with Sitecore Experience Platform is a plus
