SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - Custody Specialist
A global Financial Institution based in Abu Dhabi seeks an SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - Custody Specialist to join their dynamic team
* Honours Bachelor degree from recognized university and/or appropriate Professional Qualification.
* The candidate should have minimum of 6 years relevant work experience in a financial institution providing Custody and Safekeeping services. She/he needs to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of Global Custody and related products and services. Knowledge of United Arab Emirates and GCC regional custody will be an advantage.
* Candidates must have relevant experience as a Business Analyst within the Global Custody business with a proven record of delivering solutions as planned. Candidate must have strong analytical skills identifying, analysing, documenting and presenting business requirements and project related documents.
* Ability to think conceptually and to document operating models - current and future.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (report writing, presentation and facilitation skills). Fluent in English
* Outstanding interpersonal skills (interaction at all levels/positive attitude)
* Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills and ability to forge and maintain high level business relationships within a complex stakeholder environment
* Very self-confident and self-motivated
* Ability to work under pressure, to prioritize and to manage several tasks at the same time.
* Committed to project delivery deadlines.
* Excellent team working skills
* Proficient in all MS Office tools including Project
