Senior Business Analyst - CRO Business wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR TASKS:
- Analyzing impacts of new margin rules on CRO business
- Defining process changes resulting from the new margin rules in cooperation with IT, credit risk officers and Front Office stakeholders
- Defining requirements for business readiness: updated process & procedures, governance and training
- Identifying and handling risks and issues which will impact project timelines and delivery
- Providing guidance and support to other business analysts and collaborating with work stream lead
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Strong business analysis skills and previous experience in writing business requirements documents
- Experience in change management and credit risk in the private banking environment
- Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders and to create a team environment
- Good knowledge of OTC derivatives
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
START: 09/2015
