Senior Business Analyst (Credit Risk IT)

Our investment bank client seek a Senior Business Analyst who is committed to supporting a team of developers working on two separate projects in Credit Risk IT. This is a long-term position, the project is envisaged to go on for at least 12 months and thereafter you are likely to be put onto additional projects in this area.

These two projects are:
- Business Analyst support for an already existing internal credit risk application being used by 3000 client advisors
- Rating Engine for business cases - currently in the initial phase

Key Responsibilities:
- Information gathering activities such as surveying, analysing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data
- Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations?
- Documenting as is and to be processes and business requirements documents
- Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management
- Coordinating the work of more Junior Analysts

Key Deliverables
- Process documentation
- Business requirements documentation
- Recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans

Requirements:
- 5 years + Business Analyst experience, preferably in Risk IT for an investment bank
- Solid technical understanding of Oracle database, Java and C++
- Fluent in German & English
- Ideally you should have recent experience working on Credit Risk applications and/or Rating Engines
