SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (CLINICAL OPERATIONS), BASEL

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Senior Business Analyst to join one of their clients, a global and well renowned pharmaceutical company based in Basel.

For this long term temporary assignment we are in search of an English speaking candidate who is available on a short notice period.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze the business processes, understand business needs and assist the business in the definition of detailed level business processes.
- Gather and document requirements and engage the user representatives from cross-functional units in scoping and prioritization
- Support development of the user acceptance test plan and test scripts based on the business processes and business use case scenarios and assist the business users during UAT execution
- During testing phases support in analysing defects and issues reported during testing
- Work with the validation and test team and contribute in the development of traceability matrixes, validation and testing strategies, validation/test plans, test scripts, test data creation and summary reports

TO DELIVER THE BEST OUTPUT, IT'S NEEDED THAT YOU HAVE:

-5 YEARS' EXPERIENCE as an IT BUSINESS ANALYST, systems analyst combined with SOFTWARE VALIDATION/QUALITY ASSURANCE EXPERIENCE with knowledge in the area of sample management
- Strong knowledge in the area of CLINICAL SAMPLE MANAGEMENT WITHIN CLINICAL OPERATIONS (a must have)
- Experience developing RISK-BASED SYSTEM ASSESSMENT, IMPACT ANALYSIS, VALIDATION PLANS within a GXP ENVIRONMENT
- Strong user requirements, system analysis and technical skills, as well as proven skills in requirements facilitation, process flow creation and documentation authoring (required)
- Experienced working in a project-driven environment
- Project experience on a global scale is a preferred (virtual teams, English speaking environment)
- Ability to support prototyping activities that will validate business requirements and solution definition
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English)
- FLUENT LEVEL OF ENGLISH (GERMAN WOULD BE A PLUS)
