Senior Business Analyst - Cash

As part of ongoing cash management initiatives an opening has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with experience in Cash projects. The Senior Business Analyst will have the opportunity to work with a regional focus alongside some of the industry's top functional and technical experts.

Working within a key business area for one of the region's leading banks the experienced Business Analyst will be able to apply their skills to Cash Management projects across the Asia Pacific Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Undertake feasibility studies, business requirement gathering, impact/gap analysis and scenario planning
- Manage business analysis activities in line with project schedule
- Co-ordinate and/or undertake the acquisition and analysis of the data to identify business issues and opportunities as required
- Manage provision of high quality detailed analysis, design and build processes to improve operational efficiency
- Use specialist knowledge and/or experience of Cash business areas or products to ensure all relevant information is available to guide design and implementation
- Develop hypothesis to address the project requirements and suggest a range of solutions based on specific selection criteria to the business issues identified
- Supervise development of training for solution
- Co-ordinate the testing of business solutions and ensure they conform to business requirement, becoming involved in higher level testing where necessary
- Typically has responsibility for managing a team of business analysts and may take lead role in managing relationships with appropriate stakeholders

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Previous experience in a corporate banking role as a Business Analyst (5+ years)
- Proven track record of working as a Business Analyst on regional Cash related projects
- A strong ability to gather business requirements and to create business requirements documentation (BRD)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A strong background in Change Management
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to effectively communicate with the business
