Senior Business Analyst - Cards & Mobile Payments- Up to £450 per day

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - CARDS & MOBILE PAYMENTS- UP TO £450 PER DAY

A leading UK Retail Bank requires a Business Analyst with experience of payments cards and mobile commerce to join a project based in Halifax.  

You will support the project team in identifying and documenting key business process flows to support digital wallet payment products and other debit scheme initiatives.

Key deliverables will include:

- To ensure a common understanding of the business needs and the project deliverables within the context of debit cards and payments
- Manage business requirements and produce process models
- Co-ordinate and/or contribute to the design, development and specification of new/revised processes and systems, documentation, training materials
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all project deliverables
- Develop and maintains effective working relationships with appropriate colleagues in own and other business units, ensuring key stakeholders are identified and effectively managed

The following key skills and experience are required:

- PREVIOUS BANKING AND PAYMENT CARD KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- ELECTRONIC AND MOBILE COMMERCE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- STRONG ANALYTICAL AND PRESENTATIONAL SKILLS
- EXPERIENCE MANAGING BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND PRODUCING PROCESS MODELS
