Senior Business Analyst (C8)

Finite's influential government client is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST to join their team beginning 1 July 2013 for an initial period of 12 months.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO:

- Work under the direction of the Director of Software Development and Collaboration Services;
- Work with directors, project managers and science division staff to facilitate the delivery of various projects and/or work packages, within various delivery methodologies including agile and waterfall methods.
- Coordinate, engage and manage stakeholder relationships as required;
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels;
- Undertake business and system analysis tasks including:
- Project scoping;
- Business and Technical Requirements elicitation and documentation;
- Develop and document Functional and technical specifications;
- Work within an agile software development framework, producing analysis inputs and artefacts required for sprints;
- Business process analysis, mapping, design and documentation;
- Work with technical staff (developers, architects etc) to develop and document system designs;
- Client engagement and stakeholder management
- ITIL processes.

CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS A CURRENT SECURITY CLEARANCE OF AT LEAST NV1 (SECRET).
