Senior Business Analyst - Building Information Modelling BIM

Next Ventures is urgently looking for a Senior Business Analyst, Building Information Modelling (BIM) and layout design for a role based in Finland.

Skills required:

- A college or university degree. Minimum
- 4 years of experience in BIM and layout design.
- Capabilities to do application landscape design and roadmap planning.
- Understanding and knowledge of CAD, Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor) and Integrations is essential.
- PDM, Sales configurations and PTC product knowledge is asset.
- You have ability to manage support activities and suppliers.
- You are a fluent communicator in English, and have the ability to manage projects, relations and specifications.

Task:

- Plan and design the way business requirements are realized in the BIM and layout area.
- Run project. Design, create specification, coordinate development activities and plan support service, manage the delivery and testing and ensure continuous improvement.

Start date: 1st January or sooner.
Location: Hyvinkää, Finland
Duration: 12 months
