Senior Business Analyst - BI

My client is a Global company who have a dominant presence in the market space they occupy. They are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their busy deployment team based in the CBD.

To be considered for this role we are looking for a mix of the following skills and experience:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Strong documentation skills, strong process, develop functional specifications and systems design specifications for internal application
- Experience with at least Hyperion, MRI
- Experience in deploying the full suite of ITIL processes, with particular focus on
- Demonstrable understanding of how work is managed through processes, how to drive continuous improvement, and use key metrics and objectives for improvement
- Experience in delivering business improvements through process innovation

There is an opportunity for the right person to take this lead role in the team of professionals. The successful candidates will not only have strong ITSM experience but also strong mentoring/leadership abilities.

This role is customer focussed, so strong engagement ability is a must.
