Senior Business Analyst - Belgium

My client in Belgium, a pharmaceutical company in the region of Walloon Brabant are currently looking for a Senior Business Analysts ( years of experience in process and Datamodelling). This is a 4 month contract.

YOU MUST HAVE FLUENT ENGLISH AND FRENCH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

- As a (senior) business analysts you will bring along responsibilitiesand in support to the vaccine RD business collaborate with the iPlan core team to establish by March 2014 a high-level proposal of framework & architecture that would homogeneously combine Vaccine Project & Functional management
- Due to the timing and the numbers of stakeholders to be involved, this position requires both strong communication and inter-personal skills, as well as for the senior analyst a strong experience and professionalism

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

- Review and document the business process (version of July 2013)
- Capitalize on the work done by the consulting service, & continue the processes re-discovery
- Transfer the documentation from excel and PowerPoint into a more adapted tool to document & manage processes
- Reengineer business process
- Identify area of improvement
- Contribute to the establishment of a business requirement blueprint for an Enterprise (Global RD) Architecture Management to support the management of our vaccine projects
- Support vaccine to derive IT requirements from the enhanced business process
- Support the establishment  of a long-term architecture management concept to realize the company strategy
- Provide staff training
- BPMN 2.0 notation and documentation practice
- Contribute to the elaboration of a center of project management excellence managing among others responsibilities the processes of the Vaccine Global RD

YOUR REQUIRED PROFILE:

- Bachelor or master degree or relevant experience in Business Analysis
- Senior: more than 10 years of experience in process and Datamodelling
- Having mastered both the norms BPMN 2.0 and UML 2.x
- Good IT skills: Practical experience with professional modelling tool, Understanding of systems engineering concepts
- Having good understanding of business environment (vaccine or pharmaceutical industry)
- Strong knowledge in the Project Management Practices (for multi-million projects, involving numerous stakeholders evolving in a matricial environment)
- Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
