Senior Business Analyst Avaloq
On behalf of our client, a major bank in Zurich, we are looking for a Business Analyst who provides business analysis as well as parameterisation skills and has significant work experience with the core banking solution Avaloq.
YOUR TASKS:
- Analysing business requirements
- Parameterising in the area of CRM
- Understanding of the Wealth Business Processes, Products and Services
- Supporting business functions with technical tests in test and integration environments
- Managing stakeholders including business & technical end user consulting
- Providing incident management and 3rd level support
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- At least 3-5 years of Avaloq and Banking experience in CRM area (Business Know How)
- Avaloq certification and strong parameterisation know how of Avaloq
- Expertise in business analysis, consulting as well as PL/SQL skills
- Structured, analytical and proactive way of thinking
- Experience in working in an international team with native and non-native English speakers
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
