Senior Business Analyst (Agile)

- 5-7 years of experience in a similar BA role
- Third level qualification in a computer science, multimedia, eLearning or related field.
- Experience in leading business requirements definition projects for large enterprise - wide software applications
- Ability to clearly and concisely gather, interpret, analyse and document information
- Ability to establish creative solutions to meet requirements
- Experience of Agile SCRUM practices and business process modelling
- Experience across the entire systems development life cycle
- Experience in taking full ownership of the Business Analysis inputs in projects, coordinating activities, managing deadlines and escalating risks and issues.
- Proven experience in analytical, research and problem solving techniques
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas
- Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written), including the ability to articulate complex processes and concepts to non-experts
- Experience in working in and leading teams (including virtual teams) and mentoring more junior team members
- Proven ability to manage work time, prioritize effectively and work on own initiative
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and accurate
- Must be a self-starter, highly driven and willing to make decisions as appropriate
- Work with business and technical teams, in, Dublin, other US locations and off-shore, to create business deliverables such as User Story Backlog, Process Maps, Business Requirements, and other relevant documentation
- Work with business and technical teams to support the development of Business and Technical Requirements and solutions
- Facilitate workshops (typically tel/web conference) with business stakeholders to develop requirements.
