Senior Business Analyst - Agile

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST to work on a software development Programme. You will be responsible for supporting both a project and support team in this role.

YOUR DUTIES:

- Develop Business Statement, Rules and Processes that meet user expectations
- Work with users and existing documentation to understand, communicate and document requirements
- Facilitate workshops
- Translate requirements of the IT system into business requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Minimum 5 years experience in a Business Analyst role
- Proven knowledge of Agile methodology
- Strong understanding of software development activities
- Experience in the full life cycle of business analysis activities including process mapping, scope definition, business case development, requirements definition, functional design etc
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders
- The ability to work with both technical & non-technical users
- High level communication skills both written and verbal
