SCOPE OF THE PROJECT/TOP DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- California remediation (DOI plan rejection) project support, including coordinating impacted plans benefits configuration updates, retro claims processing, and progress/metrics reporting.
- California remediation (plan assignment correction) project supporting, including benefits configuration update tracking, claims impact analysis, and retro claims adjustment progress/metrics reporting.
- Dell denial data analyticsLIST ON RESUME):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years' relevant experience
- Healthcare business operations experience (ie revenue cycle, claims administration, product management, etc.); WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE YOU WILL BE REJECTED
- Clear and concise communication (verbal and written)
- QA error corrections
- PowerPoint presentation development
- Data analytics
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills - pivot tables, V-lookups, data imports
- Claims operations management
- Dashboard reporting
- MUST HAVE HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE ON EITHER PROVIDER OR INSURER SIDE; WITHOUT HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE YOU WILL BE REJECTED
