Senior Business Analyst #2

Our client, one of the largest multinational telecommunication organization located in Melbourne is looking for experienced Business Analysts who can deliver and manage the requirements definition and documentations through the use of traceable, quality, processes and tools.

Working with one of the most dynamic IT and T environments in the country, this position is a Business Analyst role where you will need:

- 5 - 10+ years of progressive experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the IT industry
- Demonstrated conceptual and hands-on experience in meeting  business needs/requirements across Sales, Delivery, Procurement and Billing functions
- Experience in projects delivering towards Siebel and SAP based applications preferable
- Demonstrated ability to serve as the liaison between business users and solution delivery staff
- Excellent business communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of modern implementation methodologies such as Scrum
- Ability to work with business users to identify needs and apply or propose appropriate business and technical solutions
- Experience providing detailed, high quality documentation
- Experience with developing business relationships
- Experience in Quality Assurance activities and required unit, system and integration testing is an asset
