We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to assist in the Prestudy SGF/CPS/SLM Roadmap.
As part of a pre-study coordinate, document and finalize required documentation with business developers for Request for Information round with 2-3 vendors and support the overall interaction with vendors throughout the RFI round. Also there is a need to capture and document future requirements from eg Multichannel Programs that impacts the areas of SGF/CPS and SLM.
The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:
Throughout the 3 pre study deliverables mentioned above:
*Capture, analyse, challenge and document all stakeholder needs and business requirements- Facilitate the identification and elaboration of feasible business solutions for process, organisation and service with business modelling.
*Actively challenge and manage changes of stakeholder's request- Challenge and assure quality of stakeholder needs, business requirements and solution alternatives in order to identify consequences and reduce risks- Support vendor selection with identified business requirements (if any)
*Manage expectations among all stakeholders (business & IT) by leading the communication and securing the understanding of business requirements
Requirements:
*Business Analysis: o Ability to collect, substantiate, analyse, verify and prioritize information on all (detail) levels and derive relevant and accurate business requirements.
*Ability to perform and facilitate business (and process) modelling. o Ability to estimate cost and complexity, and to analyse risk and consequences.
*Ability to combine Business and IT knowledge in order to achieve a documented gap-analysis.
*High level knowledge of all IKEA business processes.
*Detailed knowledge in the assigned business process, its strategies and connections to other processes and supporting solutions. ( is a plus )
*Basic knowledge of IT Delivery processes, IT Strategy, IKEA application landscape and the business information it contains.
*Solutions and best practices on the market (benchmarking). ( is a plus )
*Facilitating, planning and managing workshops and activities.
*Basic knowledge in project management and change management methods and tools.
Experience in:
*Retail/store platforms for Warehouse Management, Sales Location Management and In-store Picking & Delivery Services
