Senior Business Analyst

Our financial services client seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join a global business transformation programme that is underway.

The client is looking for people with demonstrable experience in the following areas - - Global standardised approach
- Experience working on big Transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management (at Group level)
- Financial services experience
- PCI/Payment card industry experience is mandatory
- Prepaid Card experience is ideal
- A min of 5 years BA experience
- Experience of large Change' programmes of work
- Someone who is self sufficient, confident and able to work with minimal guidance.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Experience of working with off shore development teams and international stakeholders
- Proven experience engaging stakeholders to drive agreement in the company (especially considering multiple markets & multiple opinions).

Our client requires someone who is focused on delivery and has a commercial mindset in addition to the experience above. Can anticipate and remove potential blockers to delivery is a must.
