Our client, a well established organisation based in Cambridge are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their project management team to work on a number of projects including a Dynamics NAV implementation and multiple system integrations.

You be responsible for managing and defining the business analysis function ensuring the successful delivery of projects. As senior business analyst, you will manage the business analysis team and provide line management and support to less experienced analysts in addition to providing analysis for projects when required.

The successful candidate will have demonstratable ERP project delivery experience, a proven record of effectively providing business analysis for IT projects and the ability to engage with and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Essentials:
- Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and support business analysts
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
- Working knowledge of different project methodologies (Prince2, Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience in ERP project delivery

Desirable:
- Ms Dynamics NAV
- MS SharePoint experience
- TRIMIT
