Senior Business Analyst

A leading Telco Company based in Macquarie Park in Sydney is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to commence a 6 month contract immediately.

Working closely between the Business and IT, you will elicit and analyse requirements, ensuring business impacts are considered and that IT solutions sufficiently meet the requirements and take the solution right through Testing.

THE GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

- Conduct the full requirement management process including the identification of risks and potential change of scope
- Stakeholder Analysis sessions, identifying their needs
- Relationship building between the stakeholders in IT and the Business side
- Ensure the requirements are presented in an understandable format, including a comprehensive Functional Specification
- Production of effective test cases and business participation in UAT
- Assess the capability gaps by using your understanding of business architecture

REQUIREMENTS OF THE CANDIDATE:

- Strong working experience as a BA
- Experience of Systems Enterprise, Business Rules and Architecture
- Telco experience will be preferred
- Proven experience with SDLC
- Experience working with Agile Practices
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Certification in the area of Business Analysis
