For this exciting vacancy, we are currently seeking a Dutch/French-speaking Senior Business Analyst to begin work on a 12 Month+ contract in Brussels within the financial sector.
Function
Function Description
The candidate will work in close collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand and challenge the current Identify & Access Management environment. He/she will have to identify and analyse potential improvements which should be translated into initiatives to simplify and optimize the services provided to our customers.
Your main activities will be to:
- Identify and assess potential improvements based on interviews with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
- Translate these potential improvements into concrete initiatives.
- Define and quantify,foreach initiative, the baseline, expected savings, transformation costs and phasing of impacts.
- Translate the selected initiatives into projects and formalize implementation plans.
- Frame and launch implementation of projects.
- Monitor the implementation global progress Education Master (or equivalent by experience) Certification ITIL v3
Requirements
Experience Mandatory
- Capable of quickly understand, analyse and document detailed processes in Information Security
- Capable of performing functional analysis on security aspects across different business lines
- Good experience in writing business requirements and business case
- Minimum 10 years professional experience as business analyst
- Experience working in cross-functional departments and teams
- Good knowledge in Service management (eg: ITIL)
- Knowledge of processmanagement (eg: Six Sigma) and project management methodology (eg:Prince2)
- Excellent skills in using MS Office programs, VISIO
- Languages Requirement French Fluent Dutch Fluent English Fluent (second language has to be English). The candidate must be able to write documents and have interactive meetings in English.
Preferable
- 2 years' experience in security technology and processes (Identity & Access Management aspects) Knowledge of the Information Security Standards & Frameworks Business
- Professional experience within the Banking and Finance Industry
