Senior Business Analyst

Experienced Technical Functional Business Analyst with strong skills using MS DYNAMICS CRM is required for a 6 month contract with this high profile organisation based in Richmond.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED:

- Provide functional expertise with the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Assist with architecting the CRM system, related customisation, portals, and artefacts.
- Map and configure business requirements into Dynamics CRM.
- Work on the functional design with focus on integration points where necessary.
- Building the CRM forms, screens, and views, as well as workflows and reports.
- Development of appropriate documentation.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Demonstrated extensive solution design experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM - CRM 2013 preferred.
- System integration experience including data migration.
- Working knowledge and experience with CRM 3rd party add-on modules is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in configuring, administering, and supporting the Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Working knowledge and experience with integrated CRM solutions ideally including SharePoint, SQL, SSRS is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics certification's in CRM would be highly regarded.
- Good communication skills are essential.
