Senior Business Analyst

Joining this leading organisation within the financial services industry, you will utilise your background in SAP to provide business analysis and support the SAP integration program.

As the Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for interacting with multiple stakeholders to ensure a successful integration of multiple applications. This includes complex interfaces, data migration and process alignment.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILL SET:

- Proven experience in application integration, data migration, interface mapping, documentation of requirements, current and future state analysis and process mapping
- Experience of working as a Senior Business Analyst on complex application integration and data migration projects
- Understanding of SAP Finance, HR and Payroll systems and interfaces
- Flexible, strong BA skills who can be adaptive and cope with a changing environment
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) by IIBA (preferred)
- Excellent understanding of business analysis tasks and techniques ideally as per IIBA's BABOK Guide and practical experience in their application
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiation, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and delivering successful results
- Experience in standard organisation programs like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio and MS Project
- Appropriate industry experience
- SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)/ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) experience
- Exposure to outsourcing or in-sourcing projects a bonus
