Senior Business Analyst

A number of SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYSTS are required to support the structure of a major transformational change program by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to key stakeholders. You will be responsible for business analysis and is the owner' of enterprise business, functional and non-functional requirements as well as processes to the agreed technology solution/s delivery and outcomes.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Extensive and demonstrated experience conducting analysis of business needs in business change and transformation programs.
- Demonstrated understanding and contemporary business analysis best-practice methodologies and processes such as Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK).
- Experience in Agile Methodology and exposure to Agile Development (CSPO).
- Responsible for key stream deliverables including process maps, business requirements, uses cases, business rules, and information model.
- Experience with Process envisioning, design, development and improvement.
- Contribute to the development of the future state solution for Business Support Processes.
