Senior Business Analyst

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst for an initial 6 month contract.

YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

- You will have in depth experience as a business analyst and have worked closely with stakeholders to define the scope and to solicit and document business requirements
- You will ideally have a consulting background and have experience working in Property Services eg new buildings and facilities, IT solutions to support property projects.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and be able to take accountability for complex pieces of work and work autonomously
- Excellent workshop facilitation and management skills
- Define and analyse business processes using standards such as BPMN to identify areas of process improvement or efficiencies
- You will have in depth experience developing functional specifications, Use Cases, story maps and user stories
- Outstanding stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Support senior management in the development of a BA Practice
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical and lateral thinking skills
- Ideally experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to liaise closely with solutions architects and technical team leads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
